Commercial:  As a business owner, there's a lot to consider when finding the right space, and you want to make sure you have the most favorable terms possible. Are you insulated from liability? Is your desired space properly zoned for your enterprise? Is the building up to code? These are just a few of the questions you might want to ask.

Residential:  While NYC lease negotiations are rare, they are not unheard of. At times, landlords are flexible in certain lease terms if given the proper incentive. Interested in making changes to the space? Do you want a dishwasher or washer/dryer? Do you own a pet? Good negotiation may help you make these hopes a reality.
